Institute of Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy
Each year, the Institute hosts a few short (up to 4 days) practical seminars: Bibliotherapy by Aleksandras Alekseičikas, Coping with Psychological Crises by Kristina Ona Polukordienė, The Phenomenon of Forgiving in Life and Therapy by Julia Abakumova-Kočiūnienė, seminars on existential philosophy by Irina Glukhova and Prof. Tomas Sodeika, etc.
Along with training programs, the HEPI offers short seminars of 2-3 days on various themes and topics. The most traditional is Bibliotherapy by Aleksandras Alekseičikas, held in February. Other themes may include existential problems or “givens”, existential philosophy, psychology of crises, etc.
